I was born and raised in a Christian home in Central North Carolina, and my first experience with FCA was leading the multi-sport huddle in 7th grade. In the summer before my sophomore year of high school, I sensed a call into full time vocational ministry.
After attending North Greenville University, where I met my wife Emily and graduated with a BA in Christian Studies, we relocated to her home town of Danville, IL. A few months later I came on staff as an Area Representative with FCA.
The last decade-plus with FCA has been an incredible experience, and I’m so thankful for my current role as Multi-Area Director. I love serving our staff and volunteers and seeing the ministry to the world of sport continue to grow.
Emily and I have six children, three of whom are biological and three of whom are adopted. We are incredibly grateful to God for His abundant provision.
